If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

 

Returns

You have    30    calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be    unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the    original packaging.

Your item needs to have the    receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return,   please contact us at   contact   @   shopellure   .com and we will assist you. Please do not ship the item back to the address on the box.

If you have received a damaged or defective product and would prefer a replacement instead, please email us with proof (pictures and/or videos) of the faulty item, and upon approval, we will ship you a new replacement.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s). It is recommended to select a trackable shipping service.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you that we have received your returned purchase   .

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, bank, and other factors. In most cases, your refunded money will reflect in the proper account within less than a week of the day the refund was issued.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or a return is not accepted at all. It is up to our discretion whether we will accept a return or issue a refund for any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason       within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24 hour period has passed, your order has already been packaged and/or shipped and it is too late for it to be canceled. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@roncefashion.com and we will assist you. You may also contact us and request to change the size or color of an item you ordered within this 24 hour period.
