Refund Policy

 

Returns

Ellure has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days have passed, we are not able to assist you with a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us by e-mail at contact@shopellure.com. Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not ship your items to the address on your order's packaging unless instructed to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs to return your items. It is required to select a trackable shipping service. There is no restocking fee or any other fee to return your items. 

Exchanges
To ensure that you get the items that you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer traditional exchanges. Please place a new order for the different color, size, or variant desired, then contact us to start a return for your original purchase. You may return your items before placing a new order if you prefer. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate and correct any issues as soon as possible. Be sure to include proof (pictures and/or videos) of the faulty item(s) in your email. Upon approval, we will issue a replacement shipment. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including gift cards or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately process a refund through your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, bank, and other factors. In most cases, your refunded funds will reflect in the proper account within less than a week of the day the refund was issued. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please send an email to contact@shopellure.com.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or a return is not accepted at all. It is up to our discretion whether we accept a return or issue a refund for any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. After this 24-hour period has passed, your order has likely already been packaged or shipped, and we are no longer able to cancel it or make any adjustments. To cancel or modify your order, send an email to contact@shopellure.com and we will assist you. Please note that all canceled orders will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee due to associated credit card processing fees. This 3% fee is calculated based on your total order amount and will be excluded from your refund.
